Western Railway defeated India Navy 4-2 in the final to win the title of the Mumbai Magicians- MHAL Super League Hockey Tournament at Mahindra Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Western Railway scored through Kuldeep Singh (29th min), Chinglensana Singh (38th & 48th min), Stanli Minz 54th min) while Faheen Khan (39th & 68th min) scored for Indian Navy.

Chinglensana who played a major role in Western Railway’s victory was awarded Man of the Match award.

Olympian Dr. Vece Paes was Chief Guest in the final match. The winners Western Railway walk home with a glittering trophy and cash award of Rs. 100,000 and Indian Navy received the Runners-up trophy and a cash award of Rs. 60,000/-.
