New Delhi, June 5: Services Sports Control Board, Jharkhand and Odisha won their league matches in contrasting styles at the 3rd Hockey India Senior Men National Championship 2013 played at the Shiv Chattrapati sports complex and Major Dhyan Chand Hockey stadium, in Pune on Wednesday.

In Pool C, Services Sports Control Board notched up their third consecutive win, as they defeated Sports Authority of India 6-1.

In Pool E, Jharkhand scored a resounding 12-2 win over Bengal with Divakar Ram scoring a hat trick in the 6th, 14th, 37th minutes.

In the other match of Pool E, Odisha edged out Comptroller & Auditor General 3-2 in a close encounter. Jharkhand and Odisha will take on each other on Thursday and the result of their match will decide who will move into the last eight from their Pool.

In Group A, Association of Indian Universities got a walkover from Arunachal Pradesh. In the same Pool, Delhi will take on Punjab in an important match which will decide the quarter-finalist from their Pool.
