Sikar (Rajasthan), 18 May 2019: On Day 4 of 9th Hockey India Sub-Junior Women National Championship 2019 (B Division), Hockey Patiala, The Mumbai Hockey Association Ltd., Hockey Madhya Bharat, Sports Authority of Gujarat – Hockey Academy, Hockey Gujarat and Hockey Rajasthan, registered impressive victories in their respective Pool matches.

In Pool A, Hockey Patiala defeated Bengal Hockey Association 17-0 in a match which saw Taranpreet Kaur (4′, 5′, 8′, 9′, 12′, 33′, 43′, 47′, 49′), Sukhveer Kaur (3′, 7′, 14′, 45′, 53′), Captain Mitali (6′), Navneet Kaur (24′) and Shamandeep Kaur (32′) score the goals.

Pool B’s match saw The Mumbai Hockey Association Ltd. beat Goans Hockey 2-0 as Alreya D’Souza (20′) and Hetal Goswami (56′) scored for them.

In a Pool C match, it was Hockey Madhya Bharat who defeated Hockey Uttarakhand 5-2. Goals for Hockey Madhya Bharat were scored by Shileima Chanu Khaidem (44′, 50′), Captain Hema Rajak (5′), Aayushi Patel (11′) and Sneha Patel (34′), while Captain Monika Uniyal (22′) and Khushi (59′) scored for Hockey Uttarakhand.

The other Pool C match saw Sports Authority of Gujarat – Hockey Academy defeat Vidarbha Hockey Association 4-1. Goals for  Sports Authority of Gujarat – Hockey Academy were scored by Rasvanti Baria (4′, 6′), Chhaya Taral (20′) and Kinjal Taral (43′), while Vidarbha Hockey Association’s only goal came in the 11th minute through Tanisha Sengar.

Pool D saw Hockey Gujarat defeat Hockey Puducherry 9-0 as goals were scored by Kashish Patel (20′, 29′, 37′, 45′, 51′, 53′), Captain Parachi Nikam (15′), Vrusti Patel (43′) and Jyoti Divakar (47′).

The other Pool D encounter saw Hockey Rajasthan beat Mumbai School Sports Association 5-0. Goals for Hockey Rajasthan were scored by Ranjana Bhardwaj (34′, 43′), Usha Kumari (13′), Sakshi Shukla (36′) and Chetnarani Das (53′).
