New Delhi, 25 February 2015: With the impending FIH World League Round 2 (Women) round the corner, Hockey India today announced the opening of online ticket sale for the matches of the League. The Women’s Hockey World League Round-2 will be played at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, New Delhi from 07 March – 15 March 2015with eight teams from different countries clashing for the title.
The tickets for the League can be booked online at www.ticketgenie.in, which is the official ticketing partner for the event. The tickets are reasonable priced ranging from Rs 20 for general stands to Rs 100 for VIP stands. The competitive pricing will endow the hockey fans and followers with a wonderful chance to see the women teams from eight countries as they take on each other in nerve –wracking matches of the FIH World League Round 2.
Speaking on the ticket sale, Mr. Mushtaque Ahmad, Secretary General, Hockey India, said, “It’s a delight that FIH World League Round-2 (women) is being held in India. We are happy to announce the opening of the online ticket sale for the League. The tickets are made available in advance so that the hockey enthusiasts get a chance to grab their favourite seat and witness the matches Live and cheer for the teams.”
The matches of the FIH World League Round 2 (Women) will be telecast LIVE on DD Sports.
