New Delhi 14 April 2013: Chandigarh defeated host Haryana 2-1 to enter the final of the 3rd Hockey India Sub-Junior Men National Championship (North Zone) played at Sonepat, Haryana on Sunday.

In the semi-final-1, Chandigarh took lead in the 9th minute with the field goal scored by Milanpreet Singh but Haryana leveled the score in the 31st minute. Milanpreet Singh score second goal for Chandigarh in the 34th minute which helped his team to win the semi-final.

 Result-

Semi-final 1- Chandigarh 2 (Milanpreet Singh 9, 34) beat Haryana 1(Viney 31)
