Hockey India was made aware of an incident involving the Argentina team bus on the evening of Friday 27 November 2015.
Indian police authorities confirmed that whilst travelling back to their hotel their vehicle was hit by a single stone causing damage to the window.

Following a police investigation they have concluded that this was an isolated incident.

The Indian police are providing extensive security for all participating teams during this event. The safety of all those involved in hockey events is a top priority for Hockey India. Following this incident we are working with Chhattisgarh Police to ensure that the professional security measures are maintained throughout the duration of the event
